LA ESTANCIA TIP: Make a reservation. Valentine’s Day dinner is not the dinner to take a chance on unless you’re ready to wait or willing to wander to different restaurants. These restaurants will all fill up pretty quickly.
La Panga Antigua Restaurant and Bar
La Panga Antigua, located on a quaint San Jose Del Cabo street, is known for it’s beautiful ambiance and amazing fresh seafood selections. Each dish has been painstakingly crafted from scallops, shrimp, seasonal fish, and high quality meats. We love starting our meals with the Calamari San Jose and garlic focaccia. As for the drinks, La Panga Antigua features a great wine list with plenty of selections.
La Casona at Villa La Estancia
You certainly don’t have to go far for a romantic dinner in Cabo San Lucas. La Casona is Villa La Estancia’s signature restaurant located at the center of the resort. As romantic as it is convenient, La Casona is features a delicious mix of traditional Mexican and international dishes. Seafood lovers will delight in the Mexican Bisque which a lobster chowder with corn and poblano peppers, and the Mesquite Grilled Lobster. La Casona’s menu also includes Asian fusion dishes, prime rib and more. As for drinks, experience the restaurant’s amazing tequila tasting menu.
Agua by Larbi Restaurant at One&Only Palmilla
Get ready for a truly luxurious and utterly romantic Valentine’s dinner at the One&Only Palmilla, located above the beautiful Costa Azul. Aqua by Larbi is a stunning restaurant with exotic Moroccan designs. Reserve the Moonlight Table for two overlooking for a truly unforgettable evening. According to their website, “The al fresco, palapa-style restaurant serves Mexiterranean cuisine, a unique hybrid of Mediterranean fare with Mexican influences. Get your Valentine’s dinner started with the Chilean Salmon Tartar, Avocado Salad with Hazelnut Oil and Lime Vinaigrette. As for the main, the combination of flavors in the Slow Cooked Saffron Valencia Rice with Baja Seafood, Chicken, Chorizo and Roasted Red Pepper is divine.
El Farallon at The Resort at Pedregal
Tucked into the cliffs of Pedregal Mountain is El Farallon Restaurant at the Resort at Pedregal. This stunning cliffside restaurant gives diners beautiful views over Medano Beach, past Villa La Estancia, toward Costa Azul. Experience the “Baja Bounty” from El Farallon which includes Lobster, Clams, Certified Angus Ribeye Steak and more. Essentially a tasting menu, meals will include a soup of the day, appetizer trio, grilled options with your choice of sauces, family-style sides and, of course, dessert.

We fell in love with Casa Don Rodrigo from the moment we stepped through the doorway of this quaint San Jose art district restaurant. Once a family home, it has been transformed into a unique dining experience with al fresco and group dining options. Their focus on fresh, seasonal, and local foods is apparent with every dish. Wine lovers will rejoice at the amazing selection of international wines and the resident wine expert to help pair meals with the right vino. Expand your epicurian experience with the fried cheese with cilantro sauce, beef carpaccio and roasted garlic octopus.
